Razorpay — Didn't added money to airtel wallet from amazon pay via razorpay upi id

As I tried to add money to Airtel wallet via Amazon pay of ₹1017. But the money didn't added to wallet as the money has been debited from account. Please solve this issue.
The payment gateway is Razorpay
