I am having problem with payment Id pay_IpYvRie9zWcQgN
I am facing very serious issue from Last 20 days. I request you to forward this issue to higher authority only. This is very very serious issue.
on 29 January 2022 I tried to do payment of 1926₹ through Razorpay. I was trying to add money in my dhani wallet. Dhani has not any other payment gateway it has only Razorpay Gateway. So I was forced to use worst payment gateway on dhani as there was no option to add money in dhani wallet than Razorpay.
I did that payment through Paytm UPI. payment was successful but did not reflect in dhani wallet.see the payment screenshot of Paytm UPI.
money was deducted through my account so I did contact with Razorpay regarding this and Razorpay said me that payment not received to them.
so I contacted with icici bank regarding this they told me that money has been credited to beneficiary account successfully please see screenshot.
after this I did contact with Razorpay they again told me money not received to them. how it is possible that bank itself saying money has been credited and Razorpay is rejecting that thing.
Later I had raised chargeback request from my bank. see screenshot. I had received with number SR[protected]
on 18 February 2022 I received reply from bank on mail regarding chargeback request. they said me that receipient bank has cancelled chargeback request saying that money has been credited to razorpay account successfully. I had called to icici customer care they told me this. customer care told me that nothing can be done from their side, as money has been reached to receipent bank and same has been confirmed by chargeback request.please see my mail screenshot
