Razorpay — Fraud payment from portoblend juicer company

The company named portoblend for online shopping of chargable juicer did get the payment from me but havent update us about shipping details or order details. Kindly refund the payment

I placed an order for a PortoBlend portable juicer blender on 01/01/2021, the order number for which is #0701. I am unable to contact their customer care via email as the address is unreachable/invalid.
I was able to track the package a few days back when it showed that the package was in transit to India. Now that tracking site is unreachable/invalid. When I try to go to the tracking site the message is displayed "Site currently unavailable"
