[Resolved]  Razorpay — Gaming Chair ordered from Facebook ad

Ordered a gaming chair from PdLifestyle dated 25th Jan from this site:

I made a payment through my credit card for 664 Rs. The site said we will be given some more details about the chair after its been shipped but haven't got any updates from the past one week. Hence request you to refund our amt.

We received this following message:

Hi Anas, We have managed to get the transaction ID which is[protected], and when we enter that in the field on the link that you provided, it says "Please re-enter a valid ID or try entering another one" although the transaction ID that we have put is correct one.

The image added below is what we are getting to see.
