[Resolved] Razorpay — I have order and didn't received the product

Hello
Have paid amount of 867 and still have not received the parcel as I had ordered on 11 December no confirmation mail nothing I have mail on the given mail I'd but no response...is this a way of your brand and products dealing in such a fraud way not expected anyways kindly refund my money or send the product
