Razorpay — I have paid 3000 rs but I didnt get any service

I invested rs 3000 transaction id[protected] on 5th january 2021 in a application through razorpay interface using bhim upi called sharedbk which promissed us to give a service of daily rs 160 for 90 days but since a week application is not working and the concern agent's cellphone is off and whatsapp is deleted
