Razorpay — I have paid payment but I didn't get service.

Hello there
I purchased shared bk plan and invested my money in that according to shared bk Aggrement.
From the date of rental bicycle investor will be provided rental service for the equipment purchased by the shared bk (company) [as stated]. The lease period is of 90 days. The daily profit is 160₹/day for 90 days and then we get our source money which is given back I.e (3000₹). Also.
So company didn't provided me service perfectly as promised but cheated And SCAMMED me and Ran away with my money.
I invested my money in shared bk because it was connected to trusted gateway of payment which is Razorpay. So plzz refund my amount back In my account.
Plzz get it refunded as soon as possible.
