Razorpay — I lost my money by paying through razorpay

I paid money through razorpay and I have lost through it. I have have lost 300+3000+300+600 . Totally 4200rupees. I believed razorpay and paid but I lost my money. Please do refund my money as soon as possible.

Date: 27 November :300 rupees
9 December :3000 rupees
4 January : 300 + 600 rupees.

I have attached my debited proof
