Razorpay — I paid through razorpay to buy product online but

Hi, I have purchased online through Razorpay on January 27th 2022 to one of seller name as NIYASHA
and mentioned email was [protected]@gmail.com.
There is no response from other side and I think it is purely cheating and online fraud kindly look in to it as there is no communication after payment is done. Please make sure I get my money back.
