Razorpay — I pay online mode on irctc ticket booking but amount rs 799 debit transaction failed

I will booking irctc ticket book at online mood to razorpay to google pay upi link that time amount rs 781.99 debited but transaction as failed not refund my amount instantlly why please verified and credit my amount in our account
