[Resolved] Razorpay — I'm complaining about the fee collection

I have transferred online money through your payment service for my son's school fees and my bank has deducted the money from my account. But the school site doesn't show me that the money has been paid.

Dear sir/ madam I had done a transaction on 31st march 2021 in the site of Razorpay.pvt ltd for the school fee collection of my child name tanishq mangaram sharma. The transaction has been successful but in the site of CSB bank it is not showing the transaction of money Paid . I request you to please follow up the person who is responsible. And please email me. It has been 4 days since I have done the transaction.

Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
