[Resolved]  Razorpay — I'm complaining about the refund of my transaction

I made this payment on a seller who was using razorpay payment gateway so using the QR SCAN CODE generated by razorpay I paid using BHIM-UPI in my YONO SBI app. I made the payment and it showed successful on my YONO app and the amount was deducted from my bank A/C. But the page that was showing the QR scan code didn't redirect to the webpage stating that the order was made. Instead after some time it said "Time out payment unsuccessful retry". But my money was already deducted!

I even contacted the merchant and asked him if he received the money and he confirmed me that he didn't. He even showed me the email he received from Razorpay informing me that he didn't receive the money so therefore the order wasn't made. Ultimately my money is stuck with Razorpay. I simply want my refund back and make a fresh order with the merchant. Please kindly help me get my money back

I don't know whether it was Razorpay or my bank but I got my money back and also I got some scam calls from +91 96931 54678 and +91 8101084290. One man claiming to be Mr Rahul Sharma, he called me saying he's from Razorpay and requested me to download Teamviewer QS and tried to see my mobile screen by this App. He told me to write down "Razorpay REFUND RS 1449" and also my Net banking details such User ID and Password. I knew at that instant this is a scam caller. I yelled at him reported the phone number to the police.
Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Razorpay responding that they haven't received the money but i have evidence in my bank statement that the money was deducted from my bank account!!!
