[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc booking- ticket not booked as no response from bank

Hi Team,
I have done the payment via UPI during talkal ticket booking onIRCTC railconnect app. Ticket was not booked but however the amount has been debited from my account.Please find the below transaction id and date.

Transaction ID: [protected]
KANNUR ( CAN) KAZHAKUTTAM ( KZK) Transaction Date: 7-Jul-2018
Transaction Amount: 385.0 Payment Status: Pending From Bank End
Failure Reason: No Response From Bank

Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Nidheesh! We checked the Txn id: [protected] and see that it was an unsuccessful transaction. The amount will be auto-refunded within 7-10 working days. Please to write to us on [protected]@razorpay.com if you do not receive a credit after 10 working days and we will assist you further.

A refund for the UPI reference number 818811395238 of ₹ 385.00 has been successfully processed from our end on July 12th, 2018.

I have transacted on 5th July for online ticket and made payment through UPI Bhim app. Amount got deducted and ticket did not get booked. Even Irctc shows payment failed from bank for Rs.880-/
