[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc booking- ticket not booked as no response from bank

Hi Team,
I have done the payment via UPI during talkal ticket booking onIRCTC railconnect app. Ticket was not booked but however the amount has been debited from my account.Please find the below transaction id and date.

KANNUR ( CAN) KAZHAKUTTAM ( KZK) Transaction Date: 7-Jul-2018
Transaction Amount: 385.0 Payment Status: Pending From Bank End
Failure Reason: No Response From Bank

I have transacted on 5th July for online ticket and made payment through UPI Bhim app. Amount got deducted and ticket did not get booked. Even Irctc shows payment failed from bank for Rs.880-/
