Hi team,
Please find the attachment of my transaction, amount has been deducted from my account and credited to razorpay but the confirmation of ticket has been failed.

Date of transaction : 10th june
Amount : 650
Mode of transaction : debit card

Please let me know the process of refund of this transaction and the time duration required for this process.

We checked the transaction ID [protected] and see that it is a unsuccessful transaction. As there has been a debit for the same in your account, please note that the amount will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days. Its been more than specified time by Razor Pay and still amount has been not credited for my account.
