[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc payment failure

Please find the attachment of my transaction, amount has been deducted from my account and credited to razorpay but the confirmation of ticket has been failed.
Date of transaction : 10th june
Amount : 650
Mode of transaction : debit card
Please let me know the process of refund of this transaction and the time duration required for this process.

We checked the transaction ID [protected] and see that it is a unsuccessful transaction.
