Hi team, Please find the attachment of my transaction, amount has been deducted from my account and credited to razorpay but the confirmation of ticket has been failed. Date of transaction : 10th june Amount : 650 Mode of transaction : debit card Please let me know the process of refund of this transaction and the time duration required for this process. Verified Support Jun 11, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Sharath, We checked the transaction ID [protected] and see that it is a unsuccessful transaction. As there has been a debit for the same in your account, please note that the amount will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days.
