Razorpay — IRCTC Railway ticket not booked.

I have tried to book railway ticket on 8th February 2024 at 11.06 a.m. Money ₹748.40 transferred from my account via Google pay. But ticket not booked. Attached herewith screen shot of IRCTC and Google pay app. IRCTC said money will be sent in 3-4 working days. But till date not refunded by Razorpay.
