[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc se ticket booking

Hi, On 22- feb-2018, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account. I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money. I have tried to book a ticket on irctc on feb 3, 2018 and the payment got failed. I still didn't get the refund. I payed using Razorpay and transaction no is [protected]. Now its been 15 days. according to terms refund should be done within 3 to 5 working days.Please resolve the issue asap.
