[Resolved]  Razorpay — money debited - flight ticket unbooked

I booked spicejet flight from my iob debit card, a total of rs 45085 was debited but ticket was not booked. Kindly look for the transaction details below.

Please look into it as we frequently face this problem with razorpay.. Many times when i booked through irctc site for trains, money has debited but ticket were never booked. This has been the case even when i booked for hotels. Mostly money gets credited within a week but the reputation of your name is spoiled. Kindly take adequate measures to stop this.
