[Resolved] Razorpay — money debited from google pay but ticket not booked at irctc

Hi,
On 27th june 2019, i tried booking ticket from irctc making payment using google pay.
My money got deducted but ticket was not booked. I raised complaint with irctc, they say transaction was not successful.

I can check in google pay, that transaction is successful toward razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank

Today, I paid using Google Pay to book train ticket. Payment deducted from my account. Ticket not booked. Kindly refund my amount immediately to the account. Screenshot attached.
