[Resolved] Razorpay — Money deducted but didn't receive the refund from past 45 days | |
While paying for grocery items in nutrisabji app i made a transaction via phonepe. The transaction was pending for a very long time and my money was deducted. Later on contacting the bank i got to know that the amount is withheld at razorpay gateway. It's been more than 45 days and my money is still at loose. Both razorpay and bank are passing the blame on each other and its been going on from many days. Bank is saying that they've credited the amount in beneficiary account i. E. Razorpay. While razorpay is denying the fact of receiving money and hence not giving me refund. I've been providing them with proofs of every details of transaction still they are making me run in circles. Following are transaction details Transaction id generated at phonepe: p2007021130138075650806 Utr:[protected] Date of original transaction debited: 02/07/2020 Amount: rs. 464 (Upi/[protected]/payviarazorpay/razor. Pa) My bank said that the amount is transferred to razorpay vide rrn no[protected]. But razorpay is as usual denying the fact even after several mails and transaction proofs.
