[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted but irctc website shows pending from bank end

Hi,
I booked a ticket on irctc using razorpay, the amount of inr 4901.96 deducted from my credit card on 03/07/2018 at 16:15 pm. But irctc website showing "payment pending from bank end". Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking. The message received from my bank as below.
" inr 4901.96 was spend on your credit card *8972 on 03-jul-18 at raz*razorpay softw.

Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Sam,

We checked the transaction amounting to ₹ 4, 901.96 and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction.
If the funds have been debited from your account, you will receive the credit within 10 working days, failing which please drop us a mail on [protected]@razorpay.com and we will assist you accordingly.
