Razorpay — money deducted without any ticket confirmation

I have already written a mail & also raised a complaint in their site. No one has answered it yet. Writing the content once again.

This is to bring to your information, that I tried booking a ticket from IRCTC app & did payment using the BHIP payment gateway using Google pay. They payment was successful but no ticket confirmation. nor any history present in the IRCTC site.

Hence request you to refund the money at earliest. ( I have also opened a ticket, Your ticket number is #283820.)

Two IRCTC refunds pending. One for failed transaction the other for ticket cancellation. Never faced such slow response while using NetBanking

We see that the refunds: rfnd_BGC3kiZnXyklcb and rfnd_BFkrTQmcYVUzHu were successfully processed on: 31st Oct, 2018 and 30th Oct, 2018 respectively. We have also responded on ticket with reference number: 284748 on Wed, 31 Oct 2018. Feel free to write to us on the same email thread for any further queries.
