Hi sir i am EDELLI RAGHUPATHI my complaint is we r paying amount through razorpay merchantaiser around 15, 000 amount razorpay merchantaiser is doing fraud business to me i have that transaction id nd full details razorpay is not supporting me i have transaction id T2101151726497433528706 i have payment proofs also but he is not refunding my money i want my money back please

Updated by surendra reddy Mallampati I didn't recive any solution update from ur side ur asking details statements and payment screenshots after that u have to said like this

We are a payment gateway and we only facilitate merchants with on-line payments.

We request you to contact the merchant for any service related query since they are the service provider, and the merchant or your issuing bank for refund request.
