Hi i am raghupathi adelli i am doing transaction razorpay Total two payments razorpay merchantaiser is doing fraud business who is responsible for that i am done two complaint ticket ids given to me razorpay razorpay members is asked to me banking statement and payment screenshots solution purpose i will send properly but not solved my issue razorpay i want refund my money back now razorpay says like( We are a payment gateway and we only facilitate merchants with on-line payments. We request you to contact the merchant for any service related query since they are the service provider, and the merchant or your issuing bank for refund request), 1st complaint is 15, 000 amount that complaint ticket id is #5048669 and second one is 12, 000 amount that ticket id is #5048739 i want total amount refund i am send two payment screenshot ids nd timings nd statementa also 12, 000 (#5048739) amount transaction 07/12/2020 nd 15, 000 (#5048669)amount transaction date is 15/01/2021 now i need my money back.
