[Resolved]  Razorpay — money not return back from razorpay

Hi, we book a ticket grom gotoandaman.com at 14th August 2019 and the Ferry name is -Sealink.
They said us that:
"If tickets are available with the ferry operators, you will receive confirmed tickets & balance amount payment link in your mail box within 3-5 working hours. Our Ferry Booking Team works from Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm IST
If tickets are not available as per your preference our Ferry Booking team will get in touch with you in 3-5 working hours to get you alternate time or ferry operator tickets. "

After that our ticket was not confirmed and they called us that ur refund will be given to u within 3-5 working days.
Now after so many complain we still not get our money back.
The amount is rs-400.

The person called me and told me that about my debit card details like card no, expiry date and 3 digit number also.
Who gave them rights to ask these all details to customer??
Now my complain is also oppose to him.
