[Resolved]  Razorpay — No email regarding shipment of the dress

I have ordered the dress from kayakcloth.com on 1october 2020. Till now I hadn't received any response about the shipping of my dress. The amount for the dress was deducted from my bank account. Kindly refund my payment as soon as possible.
