Razorpay — No proper customer support | |
I have been raising multiple support tickets to get my transaction dispute resolved but no response from Razorpay. Its already been more than 2 months and still I didn't get any proper resolution from Razorpay. A fraudulent app named Burse used Razorpay payment gateway platform and now it ran away with the money. I want to question Razorpay on how they gave the platform to such fraudsters? People did investment only because of the trust they had with Razorpay and now that trust is slowly decreasing. If Razorpay doesn't refund the money, then I will never use that payment gateway nor I will not encourage any of my friends and family to not use Razorpay. Was this information helpful? | |
