[Resolved] Razorpay — non refund of debited amount | |
I have made a transaction for rs 10132 on 20th june 2020. Unfortunately, the amount was debited immediately within fraction seconds but the purchase was failed. It's very unfortunate the amount was not refunded even after a couple of times raised the complaint. They deducted amount and making to run from pillar to post. Please could you guide me on how to file a case against the team razorpay with ombudsman? Was this information helpful? | |
