Razorpay — Nordic Sofa Chair - paid but not delivered

I have paid Rs 1886.82 through razor pay for merchant Tublitestatusshop.myshopify.com ( email id is given as [protected]@gmail.com)

I have received the order confirmation on the 10th of Apil 2021. But there has been no response again after that. Mails to them are never responded. And also couldn't go back to the website either. Appreciate if you can le t us know what can be done.
