Resp Sir/mam, I'm Vaishnavi Faratale, I placed order on website https://gadgetstoreworld.myshopify.com having details as below Date of transaction: 03/07/2020 Amount of transaction- Rs 599 Order ID shared by the merchant-#2102 Payment ID shared by Razorpay-pay_F9wkWUnraTPITT Description of the problem- order not received, not even showing status as shipped yet after 18 days of order and promised to be deliver in 7 days.
