Razorpay — Not refund from vlebazaar and razorpay

Dear Sir,

I mistakenly ordered purchase in a fraude site today and by a friend got to know that it is a fraud Indian shopping site (vle bazaar). This site doesn't have any cancel or refund option and no customer care receiving calls.
I am requesting you to please help me get my money back from this fraud. amount is Rs. 2200/-.I am going to lodge a police fir complaint against vlebaxaar and razorpay if no refund.
