[Resolved]  Razorpay — Not refund my money and also not try to solve my complaint

I was book first complaint on Jul 2019 regards my refund money for a sum of Rs 49000/-. Everytime company give me time frame and give just satisfaction for process my complaint but till date this company only giving wrong way to process so my time frame of refund money has been passed and after that company told me that your refund money time frame has already been passed away now we can't do anything. I want to resolve my complaint can any one help me.
