[Resolved]  Razorpay — online shopping payment issue

Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased a product from banggood website on 10 Nov 2018 of Rs 4500.92 using Razorpay Payment gateway, hence the amount was debited successfully from my IOB net banking.

But the payment was not processed till now.

I have confirmed with banggood customer care they confirm payment was not received their side. So order is cancelled.

Kindly look on to the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible.
