[Resolved]  Razorpay — order not placed but money got deducted

My name is deepali. I placed an order with pizzahut using the razorpay gateway on 15/04/18 around 5:30pm. The order was not placed but rs 572.24 got deducted. I even received the mail regarding payment confirmation from razorpay. But when i called pizzahut they said no order has been placed. I even tried calling razorpay customer care number but all their executives were busy and i did not get any response back. I did receive a mail from razorpay regarding my complaint mail to them and even replied the mail with the details they had asked me to provide. It's been hours but no action has been taken my payment id is pay_9zumigks4fyf32. Kindly look into the matter and kindly refund the amount.
