Razorpay — Order not received

I had placed the order on 17th march from this website with an online payment. Haven't received my order and not even a satisfactory reply from their end. On mailing them and asking for the same, they couldn't do anything about my order nor my money.
Hoping a reply from your end keeping the last hope for justice.
This is not how a customer should be treated or cheated. When a consumer shop online, he/she expects the order on time and if any problem due to which if the order is being delayed, the online company should have the dignity to revert back and not just misbehave as online payment has already been made and thinking now the consumer cannot do anything about it. Whether the order is small or of the big amount, the company should know to value the consumer.
