I ordered items worth Rs.1, 304 on EthnicCube.com with payment via razor pay on November 14, 2020 but did not receive any item till date. Merchant id - 5691 I want refund for the amount I spent using razorpay. Was this information helpful? | |

Hi Amith,
I tried using the ticket ID in the page you mentioned. But then it said "enter a valid ID". I also tried using the "_" (underscore) instead of hyphen(-). Got the same result.
I agree Razorpay is a payment gateway and only facilitates merchants with online payments. But, we as a customer have complete trust in Razorpay when used for any payment and that is why we go ahead and make the transaction. So if any merchant is reported as fraud we expect you guys to take any action as we are not able to make any contact with those frauds and request you to provide the refund. Also please block any further transactions to that merchant so that others can be saved from the same.
