Razorpay — Paid but will not receive the product

Hi,
I ordered something and paid via upi.
Tried calling the customer care of the company but no response.
Checked on consumer forum and found the company is cheating people.
So putting my complaint here to kindly refund the amount and cease the account of that firm. It's shoppingvala.com.

Moreover want to say that without legal documents how can you provide services to such fake people.
