Razorpay — Payment done but transaction is FAILED

Hello Team,

Please be informed that my 3 Razorpay transactions had been failed 2-3 days back with a message below under shopping site "Bombay Trooper".

Message - "Unfortunately your order cannot be processed as the originating bank/merchant has declined your transaction. Please attempt your purchase again."

2 from slice credit card & 1 from Paytm app UPI transaction.

Kindly check and help me with the return of my money asap.
