[Resolved] Razorpay — Payment made but no response from company.

Hi, I made a payment to a product advertised in Facebook and purchased it using your payment gateway. The payment detail is Payment Id pay_Glol2EvzrutHWW Paid On 12th Mar, 2021. The company has not sent me any order confirmation nor is the phone reachable and no response from my emails. See it's a small amount and I am not looking for a refund however a reputed compay as you shouldn't be working with frauds like this. Hope you would take appropriate action.
