[Resolved]  Razorpay — Payment not made to merchant

This is to inform that i made a payment of rs 999 to shaw academy today for an e-certificate but due to technical issues the payment was not accepted at their end as the e-certificate is not purchased. Kindly refund the money at the earliest. The screen shots of payment made and non-acceptance by the merchant are attached herewith for your reference.
