I have made online transaction through Razor pay (net banking) on 03.May.23. The total amount was 94519.26, when I did it was throwing an error message about the network issue, so I tried again and got the same error message. Then I tried the 3rd time even though that time it also had the same error message.
I went into my bank account and noticed that all three transactions had been debited from my account. I checked the branch and they have told me only one amount they have received.
They have raised the ticket but still I have got only one amount and the 2nd amount is still not credited to my account.
I have called customer care and they have told me it will get reversed back within 7 working days, but still it has not happened.
