Dear Sir/Ma'am,
This is with regard to the payment made by me using the Phonepe UPI Mode amounting Rs.7, 500/- dated 04/01/2022.
The Payment was made at https://air1ca.com/ the payment was unsuccessful and I got an email from the Payment Gateway Razorpay regarding the refund of the said payment. Till today I have not received the payment to my HDFC Bank Account.
Since then I have contacted Phonepe, Razorpay, HDFC Bank and the Merchant. No solution is provided to me till the date.
After getting clarification from Merchant, that they have not received the said amount in their account and the refund details from the Payment Gateway Razorpay. I have again contacted my HDFC Bank both on Telephone and personally visiting the HDFC Bank Branch. Today I have again submitted a Handwritten Application regarding the Disputed transaction and submitted the information along with the refund details received from the Payment Gateway Razorpay, which are as follows:
