Razorpay — Product not delivered even after 10 days/refund requested

Amount paid Rs. 1999/- on 15th August 2021 through **** bank debit card No ... ... ... 9624 (ref: Ecom Pur/Raz*JCN Enter/Punagam/150821/17, as per the payment link made available at that time.
Promised delivery of Executive Chair by 8-9 days. No communication thereafter. No response on the company's link either.
Requested for immediate refund as I do not foresee any chances of their delivery promise.

Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Even I have a similar issue - Paid Rs. 2148 through a credit card# ending with 8022 on 16-Aug-2021 for a purchase of a executive chair from JCN Enterprise. No communication thereafter either with a confirmation of order received or delivery.
Request you to please arrange for a refund immediately.
