[Resolved] Razorpay — Purchase of dress worth INR.596 SareeDzire.com | |||||
Dear Razorpay, I had made a transaction of INR. 596/- on 26 October 2020 via your payment gateway on website SareeDzire.com I have attached screenshot the payment ID of successful payment recieved from your email ID Though the payment was successful i have not received any confirmation from the seller. I tried contacting their customer care but the phone is switched off and therefore had sent them an email which they have not replied yet. I am unable to know if they would send me the product or not. It looks like a suspicious activity as the purchase was done of SareeDzire.com payment is shown successful towards TheSmartRabbit I tried registering complaint on your website support section but the submission is getting failed as the payment ID received from your email is not accepted om your site. I humbly request you to take a not of this mail on high alert basis and process for a refund as the website is using your payment gateway. Was this information helpful? | |||||
