Razorpay — Railway ticket not booked, but balance deducted.

I have not booked rail ticket, but my balance is deducted from my account.
Kindly verify the information and please refund my amount soon.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We checked the payment ID- pay_GATWToM2WqJUx3 and see that this is a failed payment. If the funds have been debited from your account, you will receive a credit within 7-10 business days from the date of transaction. Just in case if you haven't received a credit, please write to us here: https://razorpay.com/support/#request along with your contact details and do mention ticket ID [4726658] where our team would have this checked and will help you with a resolution at the earliest.
