Hello, I purchased a product from Zooryjems.com on 10 DECEMBER 2020 amounting Rs 599. They have Razorpay as their payment partner. I haven't received my products till date as of 26th December2020. I have already written multiple mails to zooryjems. But didn't receive any communication from them. ORDER no.: #1016. And on their website they gave a tracking number which is a fake tracking number. Payment transaction details: Payment Id: pay_GBLLpS0fLyKZBy Please refund my amount as it seems you promoted and supported a corrupt and dishonest business House. Looking forward for your response.
