[Resolved]  Razorpay — razorpay money deducted from bank account but ticket not booked - irctc - razorpay

Hi,

Today, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

With reference to the above informing that while booking an railway ticket in irtc app the amount needed to pay got debited from my bank account but it showing as failed transaction in irtc app through razor pay payment gateway

so request you to solve the problem immediately and recredit the same to our account
