Hello I purchased two products from Zooryjems on 10 DECEMBER 2020 amounting Rs 1123. They have razorpay as their payment partner. I haven't received my products till date as of 21 December. I have already written two mails to zooryjems. But didn't receive any communication from them. ORDER no. : #1014. And on their website they gave a tracking number which is a fake tracking number. Payment transaction details : Payment Id : pay_GBEWRvMrOGnnvV Please refund my amount as it seems you promoted and supported a corrupt and dishonest business House. Looking forward for your response. I have ordered 3 items on zooryjems.com amounting to 1122.30, order #1170 on the 22nd of December 2020 and I haven't received the products yet. I have paid through Razorpay and my payment ID is pay_GG5lHEM8VISdl3. I have contacted them twice through the website but I didn't get any response. I'm guessing this is a fraudulent site that is just displaying products on sale up to 70-80% and once they receive the amount they don't turn up at all. Kindly refund the amount and do the needful.

I have purchased one Neckpiece dated 14th Dec, 20 and till date we haven't received the product. The amount of the same is Rs 799.Tracking no is [protected].Description of the product is AD Necklace. Request you to either help in delivering the product or refund the money.
We also contacted customer care but due to pandemic situation, there is a shortage of manpower.So request you to resolve the issue at the earliest otherwise we will raise a complaint against this.
