[Resolved] Razorpay — razorpay no refund and no response | |||||
Recently i ordered a saree 27/10/18 from avoonik worth 399 and paid online through net banking. Immediately the next day i recieved a mail from razopay saying my order is cancelled and that they will be refunding my money in 4 to 7 days. I cooperated with them for the next 7 days. Now it's been more than a week and still i havent recieved my refund. Also they have now stopped responding to my mails. Please do look into this problem. If razopay doesn't respond to my problem i may have to further report this problem to higher authorities at consumer court. Order no:50967 Was this information helpful? | |||||
