I ordered a product from Brandwapshop.c on on 11th August 2019. But I did not received my product till 19th August . So I filed a dispute payment on razorpay website .I received a message that they had disputed the payment please with for 48hrs for seller reply.then I received a message from seller that they refund my money for despute payment (despute id-disp_D85yc6afiHGK4g) on 20th August then I emailed razorpay about that but no response since then i also raised so many complaint and sent emails but they are not responding.
