My name ziccah segana. Recently I made online purchases on Indian website using shoppre as an assistant purchases. My orders were canceled by shoppre saying they received an email from Razorpay instructing them not to process my orders as the believe my transaction was suspicious. Tried to solve the issue with shoppre and refund was promised to me since 19 October 2022. Shoppre are saying I should contact razorpay as they are the gateway payments in india. I tried to emailed Razorpay about 5 times, still waiting for there reply. I have been patient enough. My whatspp number and contact number are +[protected]. My email is [protected]@gmail.com.
